Great stay with a cozy vibe!

Had a fab time in a stylish room! Dinner at the hotel restaurant was top-notch. The manager was super friendly, made us feel special every night. Loved that huge breakfast spread too. The only thing, it’s a bit of a trek to the city center, but we managed. Overall, would totally stay again!

The location of the Intercontinental Lisboa blew me away. I could easily walk to many popular attractions in the city. The hotel itself was beautifully maintained, and my room was spacious and stylish. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day of exploring. The staff greeted me warmly at check-in, and I felt valued as an IHG member with upgrades offered right away. However, the breakfast experience fell short. While the selection was decent, I expected more variety, especially in hot breakfast options. A frustrating point was the limited hours of the bar. waiting until 4 PM for drinks felt restrictive, especially during vacation hours. Additionally, when I requested a late checkout due to an unexpected issue with my child, the response lacked compassion. This left a sour note on what could have been an excellent experience. Despite these hiccups, the attentive housekeeping and the hotel’s peaceful atmosphere made my stay pleasant.

my stay at the intercontinental was fantastic! it’s right by pombal square, making it a great spot to explore. my room was beautifully decorated, and the bed was super comfortable. the breakfast buffet was delicious, and the service from the staff was beyond excellent, especially at breakfast.

Impeccable dining at Akla restaurant.

I had a very disappointing experience with my stay. Upon arrival, my room had two twin beds instead of the requested Queen-size bed, which was frustrating. The staff was unhelpful and claimed my request was not guaranteed. Eventually, they did offer to switch rooms, but the new one was merely two single beds pushed together, which created an uncomfortable gap. This isn't what I expect from a five-star hotel.

The breakfast selection lacked variety, feeling overly American and not reflective of local flavors. On the positive side, the location is excellent, situated in a pleasant neighborhood close to transportation. The bed in the Classic Double Room was exceptionally comfortable, making for a cozy night’s rest. Access to the nearby attractions was a definite bonus during my short stay.
